2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator

  • Login and data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user's computer and can only be read on the target server.
  • User passwords are stored in a hashed form. The hashing function works one-way - it is not possible to reverse its operation, which is currently a modern standard for storing user passwords.
  • The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  • An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the operator to process personal data, which in particular means regular updates of programming components.

  • The website is hosted (technically maintained) on the operator's servers: Google Cloud Platform.
  • The hosting company, to ensure technical reliability, keeps logs at the server level. The following may be logged:

    • Time of request arrival
    • Time of sending the response
    • Client station name - identification performed by the HTTP protocol
    • Information about errors that occurred during the execution of HTTP transactions
    • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - if the transition to the website was made via a link
    • Information about the user's browser
    • Information about the IP address
    • Diagnostic information related to the self-ordering process through recorders on the site
    • Information related to the handling of email correspondence directed to the operator and sent by the operator

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on How Data is Used

  • In certain situations, the administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill the obligations incumbent on the administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • Hosting company on the basis of entrustment
    • Postal operators
    • Authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website's operation
    • Companies providing marketing services to the administrator
  • Your personal data processed by the administrator no longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., on accounting). With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

  • Actions of the administrator are subject to a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
  • Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the website.
  • Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of direct marketing by the administrator.
  • Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

5. Information in Forms

  • The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  • The website may save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  • The website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the user's email address filling out the form. In such a case, the user's email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
